naepower is an IOS and Android mobile app that will allow you to view and receive notifications on electricity faults within the UK

What is a DNO: The District Network Operator is the company in your area that owns the actual electricity network, this is not the same as your supplier (the person that bills you). The DNO is fixed and cannot be changed. Some DNO’s provide information on faults but as far as we are aware no mobile app except this one provides details from DNO’s across the UK.

Why would I want information from other DNO’s: Some uses for the apps functionality could be for example where you have a 2nd home, want to keep on eye on elderly parents electricity supplies, want to be informed if your work location is without power, or perhaps you live near a boundary between DNO’s and a nearby fault could give you a heads up of issues that may soon affect you
